i know its easy to say hang in there, but just remember when you get out of school, you will probably never see these people ever again. I pray for strength for you. high school is the hardest time in your life and kids can be so cruel. remember it is not what they call you, its what you answer to. You are worth just as much as they are.

thanks for your thoughtful reply to my misery. it is especially nice to hear the idea that i do not have to change. i have been working so hard to do better and even feeling i was in many ways. i have been struggling which makes the timing of this event really crap-py - but i do need to hear that maybe it is not all because of who i am . it does really feel like it. i know i will read you post again - for me having the writing here to refer to is good.. i am brething a little better though feeling still like a wretch - which beats fool (not by much - but progress :)
