Lol it seems like you always make excuses to me, but that is pointless because I’m not really judging you and there isn’t much I can do to help you besides give you advice. My advice is that you don’t go near anybody who hurts you. That is it. Not everyone will hurt you. It will make your life better.
That is very strange. Do you hang out in bad places? There are seriously a ton of good people out there, maybe you just need a change of scenery. Try hanging out at your local public library :)
Strong? In what sense?
If they physically hurt you, you call the police and file a restraining order.
If they mentally hurt you, you stay away from them.
It is up to you, and really doesn’t have to be so hard. I’m here to talk to though.
People can’t use you unless you let them. Stop it before it starts. You can start respecting yourself and expecting other people to respect you right now.
You have to be able to be happy by yourself. You are using your ex as a crutch. You are clinging to him as support while simultaneously losing self esteem from the way that he treats you and the way that you let him treat you. If you keep this up, you’ll just make him more of the only thing that makes you happy. You have to let go, That is the only option. Time to regain your own identity and a little sense of worth and pride. Good luck walking down the street the other way! :)
No I don’t have those :/ oh well….when it he’s cooler outside it’ll be easier for me to walk in….our I’ll try going to a friends….idk….I’m trying not to be so sad….
I see. Getting sunshine helps relieve depression though, so if you have a porch, lawn or park nearby, I’d recommend going there and reading or listening to music for a while.
