Funny that you didn’t know you guys made less than minimum wage. You are probably in the perfect line of business. Anyway, you guys do depend on the tips which is why you always need to give good service. Work like you want a tip. If you guys have funky attitudes and act like you don’t like your jobs you need not be in that type of work. Otherwise, just like we all have to work for our money, you guys do too. You accept that fact that you don’t get paid much, so if you don’t get tips, that’s your fault.

Honestly, I’m going to pretend you never said that because I know I was good at my job, and sometimes people didn’t leave me a tip because of the kitchens fault. It’s not my fault your food didn’t come out fast enough or exactly right, I”m not the one back there cooking it. And people that are jerks just shouldn’t come in. I’ve cried three times because of customers, and I hope they realize what jackasses they were being. But it’s a difference in opinion, and I see where you are comeing from.

I’d say a nutral color, like beige or something
I wouldn’t go with anything like red or brown, because if you go to resell it, your just going to have to repaint it.
