ive had 3 too, what also happens, i was told. If youve had babies brfore sure you know butbaths are a big help, they take alotof pressure of, all states, and mothers are different but phone and ask ifyou can take any pain killers too. They let me take cocodamal i think and it did help but phone and ask your midwife first

it probably is just a show, you can have one like 2 weeks before having baby. sounds like your in really slow labour, they wont take it serious till 3 centimetres, thers not alotyou can do im afraid, just keep walking around put some music on to try distract you, maybe clean a floor or tidy up if you can bare it, it will make it happen a little faster. Just remember though that this is your baby and they have to do what you say, dont think its all the otherway round if its too much, say it. Most ofthe time, they do know what.theyre doing though.
