to answer your question i don’t believe you can, the worse is you’ll get into a seizure.

erm? are you overdose on diphenhydramine or thinking of overdosing? if you have taken a large amount of it please please go to the emergency right now.

like i said, you might just be having a panic attack, but from what i see that is not the underlying problem. i can also see that it is taking a toll off your social life, and probably self-esteem. which is why i strongly suggest you see a professional to better understand the real issue that is bothering you. for tonight, if you are really not comfortable going, then it is probably best not to go. there’s no point pushing yourself to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward.

yeah, speaking from experiences i do strongly suggest that you try seeking qualified professional help. there’s a whole world full of wonderfull things out there that you might just miss out on. but don’t rush if you’re not ready. baby steps….

I can’t really tell you why your data is missing, but you can do is try using a data recovery tool to search for that files. I personally use Mini Tool Power Data Recovery which you can download from download.com. You might just find those files.

I have, in fact I rely heavily on the Internet because I don’t get much social time since I work from home and you could say Internet is like my social life. I tried to make friends only but really, they all just wanted sex. It’s hard to find genuine guy who want’s a relationship.

I’m not picky when it comes to look but there are things that I do look for. Last guy I dated is a nice guy. He admitted he has OCD, which don’t bother me much. Just that his feminity kinda a turn off. He’s like in a ‘high-society’ kinda circle which I can deal with but does not impress me. But his reference to himself as a ‘fashionista’ (seriously?) is a big turn off for me.

okay, first up it might not be bipolar. but i strongly suggest that you seek professional help. you said you cant afford professional help but are taking antidepressant, which is dangerous to take without proper perscribtion. some antidepressants can cause you to have suicide thoughts. please seek professional help. at least talk to anyone that can help you find one.

somehow i think i have dated a guy who’s a bit of a nascissist himself. on top of that my mom actually is diagnosed with OCD. yes, it is difficult to talk to them especially if they think they don’t have the problem. even my sister who’s a doctor cannot get through to my mom. although i cannot offer any real help, i would suggest try to refrain pushing to hard on him/her getting help because you might push this person away because i think that’s the last thing you would wanna do. you could try having an ‘intervention’ session but i don’t how how he/she is going to react afterwards.

try googling, type exactly like this - “early education”, play pedagogy (quotation mark included). you might find some interesting stuff.
