  I would say just get your things in order. Sometimes organizing your priorities will help you get more focused on what you need to do and when you can do it. And don’t worry, you will survive! Assuming that you are in high school just take it from me, all this hard work will be worth it and IT WILL GET BETTER! Let the good grades motivate you because it will help you get into a good college where you will have the experience and time of your life! And better yet, when senior year comes along it will be tons of fun! :)

  At this point, from what she has told me, it is very unlikely that she will get back with her ex considering how he moved across the country and how badly he had hurt her. As for her getting back with him this is not my concern. I really care a lot about her that I do not want to keep other options because I really want this to work. How long would be too long to wait before it becomes to long, in which case I would have to move on?

  Usually those who I have encountered who have been struggling in college generally all tend to have the same problem: they haven’t given themselves enough time to find themselves, to get motivated or are not able to study at all. Usually in these situations it would be best if you give yourself a break. If there is still time withdrawal from your courses, take some time off and get readjusted. If this is not possible at all it is still nothing you should stress out too much about. College is very difficult and it is supposed to be however, you can always retake courses in which case will help you more since you have done it before. Money may become an issue but don’t let it be until it is. Finish your education, get a loan if you have to. When you are finished you will feel so much better that you accomplished something that even if you have to work off your loan you still have that education to back you up! :)
