• (1 vote) how do i ask my mum for a doctors appointment?
  

  If you can’t just straight up tell her that you need help, then write her a letter and leave it somewhere. I’ve learned that’s the easiest way to go. I know it’s scary, but it’s worth it if you get help.
  If you’re too afraid to do that then you can talk to or give a letter to someone else like your school counselor, or a teacher, or a nurse.
  Don’t ignore how you’re feeling though, get help no matter what.

  That’s a good idea! And I don’t exactly do sports, but I do ROTC! Athletic team and UDTX :D

  Vacation from Stress: I’m only 16, I can’t move out, and I need my friends. I’ll consider breaking up with him though.
  
  Max: He’s supportive, he just expects way too much from me. He doesn’t understand anything. I dabble in art and read a lot and it is a nice outlet but I get sick of things easily. I’m the kind of person who cares about others more than I care about myself. Everyone else always comes before me so of course I focus on keeping them alive and well. It’s just the way I am. And I learned a few days ago my dad started drinking again so :/

  Vacation from Stress:
  I had a fun day at a fair/beach/mall/a friend’s house on sunday and I was happy but once I got home I just came crashing down.

  I guess I’m in a safe place…I mean, my dad isn’t abusive or drinking anymore, but I have easy access to things I can harm myself with. Practically everyone stresses me out, I focus all of my energy on keeping my friends alive and my boyfriend expects me to just open up to him automatically but I can’t and he like freaks out and guilt trips me. Andd I’m not free to express myself because everyone takes things so seriously and if I say anything relatively negative they threaten to tell an adult.
