Mini-Profile
I recently quit my job so I could paint more. Realistic landscapes, mostly local subjects, in oil. Started drawing dinosaurs at age 2, and just never stopped. I tried art school at the ripe old age of 28, but they seemed to want to change my motivation for making art, so I got an “I” on that venture. So, I’m pretty much self taught.
I hadn’t touched a painting in 6 months or more ’til Aug. 6, this past Sunday. Just as I got going, I heard thunder, then the drought was over, right here, over my house, at least.
