  Never give up! Try your very hardest, and then try even harder. Devote as much time and energy to it as you can, and then devote more. Ask for help from teachers. Try to get extra tutoring. Genuinely try and understand the material. Try to understand the “WHY” of the material. Break the problems down into smaller problems until they disappear. Ask “What do I need to do to succeed in this?” then ask “How can I be the very best at this?”
  
  Just take one step forward at a time and you will make it.
  
  You might be able to fix the school by taking summer school instead of repeating next year.
  
  Never give up! Education is really the key to a successful life. The more school you’ve got in you, the better paid you will be later in life. And believe me, although money doesn’t buy happiness, not having money will definitely make you unhappy. The time you invest now in your studies will eventually pay you real money every single day. But you have to really buckle down and do it NOW!
  
  You can always recover, but YOU have to decide to recover on your own. We ALL have power over our lives and our futures, but we have to WORK HARD to succeed! So do your very best!

  Hey! No whining! Everybody, including you, has power over their own life! POWER! You can piss it away feeling sorry for yourself, or you can do stuff! Read! Write! Listen to music! Make music! Sing! Draw! Build something! Go somewhere! Create!
  
  Don’t worry about if it’s any good! Don’t worry if anybody else likes it! Just make something! If you’ve got access to computers, you have a billion creative options available to you. There is free software to do almost anything creative. There are places like youtube and garageband and myspace where you can upload your stuff. There is an infinite amount of digital clip art. There are an infinite number of people into whatever you are into who can you share your experiences and creations with.
  
  Maybe you screwed up in the past. Well, make this the first day of your screw-up free life. Take responsibility for anything you’ve done wrong, take your lumps, and then move on.
  
  Don’t worry what anybody else thinks of you, just try to do right by everyone from now on. If somebody treats you badly, just walk away. Be better than the world, and, eventually, the world will be better to you.
  
  Just always do your very best, and then try and do better. The knowledge that you did your best is the best reward you can get.
  
  Make eyecontact with people. Smile. They will smile back… eventually!
