  Update. She has gotten an apartment and will be moving out this thursday morning. This was supposed to be a cover affair but a customer of mine came in and tipped me off. So I now had the moving truck time. From there I now know where and what the full plan was. She wants to stick me with the house and the second on the house. She thinks I will not be able to pay all the bills for the house and will fail. What she does not know is as soon as she leaves the house the locks will be changed and I will be filing for temporary spousal & child support while the divorce is in progress. She likes to live above her means and this apartment is no exception. She got it in the rich part of town and the rent is more than our house payment. She will break even after paying all her bills and paying me just child support. If she has to pay me spousal she will be up you know what creek. She thinks if I get the house she can walk away from half the debt owed over the value (not the case I found out). So I think she will be in for a shock when this gets to the good stuff. In the mean time I will have the house & the kids every other week as of now. In the end who knows.

  UPDATE! I pulled up her phone bill and she has been talking & texing an old friend from High School who lives in another state. 5147 texts in 1 month. Talk 3-5 hours a day. So I saw she was talking to him on her way to & from work so I recorded the days events and she has been having and emotional affair and they have be having phone sex. She told him she loves him several times. Divorce is for sure now. I just wish she had come to me and told me. Things could have gone so different. Now I have to watch my back because she was talking about getting a restraining order on me and taking the kids and getting an apartment. I’m playing catch up big time now.

  Well things turn back to no good. She is turning mean and I think I am over her. I gave it my best shot and will continue to work on being a better me but she has too many issues she is not willing to work on. We need to go our own ways at this point in life. Who knows about the future. Right now every thing I do gets her going and it is exhausting both physically & emotionally. I want to still be friends but now she is so angry all the time that I don’t know if that is possible. Thanks for all your help and advice.

  My best friend live 2 hours away and We have been best friends since 2nd grade. We are now 35/36 years old and we see each other a few times a year and every time we just pick up right where we left off. So yes it can work. You can also have more than one best friend.

  Well I decided when I need a lawyer I know which one I will be using. He answered all my questions and even gave me some advice during my consult. Now it’s a hurry up & wait type of thing. For the past 2 days She has been coming with me on a 5am morning 3 mile walk and we have been talking more. She say she wants to come with me every morning so I guess that is a good thing. She still wants a divorce at this point but at least we are talking more so I guess we’ll just have to see where that goes as time goes on. I’m still heartbroken and want things to work out, i guess I’ll just have to see how counseling goes tonight.
