Great attitude. Do you know all the places you will be traveling to? You seem like an extremly resoureful guy, so I have no doubt you will find away to finish your journey. Have fun in Thailand. Are you going to be able to visit help during your travels?

Oh I am going to go regardless! My family will help me when I am not in the country… We are funny that way. I am in LA right now and leave in 26 hours for Thailand.

Awwww, I am sorry to hear that. I hope it all works out for you. Where are you now and where are you going? Are you going to be able to complete your trip?

How about some horror stories? China visa is a pain in the ars so I changed my first destination to Thailand. Shattered a tooth on a piece of plastic what was inside some bread. That cost me $2000 and now I am going to another country tomorrow with very very little money in the bank. Family is in a state of apathy about the whole thing. No help there. The lodging I had set up is now unavailable. So, I am going to a country with little money and no place to stay.

Do to user abuse this function has been shut down for the time being. We are working on a permanent fix but for right now we have to disable all the coding to prevent further site abuse. It is being worked on and this is only a temp fix. As soon as the site is protected from this type of attack again we will reinstate the coding.

Kinda… A lot of us are chatting… Off help. Its funny. But nvm. I was just curious. I am in Vancouver WA.

I am in the U.S. I currently live in Tucson, Az. This summer I will be moving to Chicago. Why? Are you having a goodnight prowling the posts of HELP?

I agree. And for some seasons I go on a 24/7 on call status, yes. But I can take my self off the active call list at any time.

I have heard a number of Help users, especially new ones, make comments about Help being cliquish , but I think it is only that way when people feel insecure. It does not seem to be that way at all for me. It may have when I first arrived. I don’t feel like I have a group of friends here that I always talk to. Just like in life I will be nice to anyone, until they piss me off. It takes a lot to piss me off though, but when people do I am not a fun person to deal with. There is a teacher at my school who is treating one of my students unfairly and he is going down. I can be very passionate and assertive for a good cause!

The toughest most self-sacrificing jobs never pay well. And I thought teacher’s were underpaid. It is amazing how society counts on good hearted people who will work for next to nothing to do the most difficult jobs. The greatest benefit to both of our jobs is we sleep well at night knowing we have had a positive impact on the world. Are you on call 24/7 while working a full-time job?

I only wish that job payed better… It is mostly volunteer. Some states pay you for it but, they do not pay to keep you on retainer. You can not count on it for income. You can count on it costing you some money actually…

Circleless? Odd you think of your self that way. That is what I try to be!

I am fairly level headed, although I am quite passionate, so sometimes these attributes can conflict. I work a stressful job in which I deal with intense emotional issues, so being level headed is essential. My job is not as dangerous as your though! I bet you have some amazing stories! I appreciate you taking your time out to reach out to someone who is circleless like me! ;)

I know courty well. She talks about ya… Worry some I know. LOL. I try to branch out into groups I don’t know well or at all occasionally. Your welcome. Thing I have heard most is you have a level head on your shoulders! Being in SAR I really appreciate that!

I am Sully. A mod on this site. I have looked at your report. The survey option four link leads to a web site that posts a political view. We do believe every one is entitled to there views. Things are not removed for being offensive. If that was the case then every religious, political, environmental, or philosophical post would have to also be deleted. That site is very strongly opinionated. But, so is almost every Christian site. I am editing the post to point out that that is a link. People do deserve the warning that they are being forwarded.
