Funny how I work in IT but struggle to find info on the net to help with my situation ;-)
None of our stories are ever short ones but will try make it as short as possible.
On the 29th July 2005 my ex of 3y 5m left me. In total (Incl. the 3y 5m) we had been friends for a period of 11 years.
Due to a work transfer, I had to move to another town. We continued to date whilst I was living here.
For understandable reasons (and its taken me almost two years to understand those reasons) I see why the relationship ended.
I suffered severe depression for just over a year. Currently I am over my ex but the aftermath of the breakup still affects me badly day in and day out.
My biggest issues are people as a whole and my “hatried” towards the female species.
