Wow It has been a while lol
How are you?
How old is your son now, I doubt I can say baby anymore lol more like a toddler :P
I had another baby, little boy, called him Reece, he will be 1 in just over a week.

lol ur baby looks like he is gonna be alright after all ha ha. It’s fine hun! I’ve had an interesting week small problems but they still bug me. Well I’m eating lean hamburger and an apple right now lol it’s not as cool as it sounds…well I’m still single =( i pretty much feel hopeless oh well i just gotta keep pushin it forward =) and keeping my smile up and up. well how are u doing lol i wish we could talk like quicker do u have an email u check a lot or am i stuck with this site ha ha.

heya! things are going pretty good I have forgivin some one for screwing me over a few times…I realized that sometimes it takes a few mistakes to learn how much you appreciate people that come into your life and I guess he also figured that out. On the flip side =( I think I sprained my shoulder yesterday playing basketball so I couldn’t lift at all today! hey do you have aol instant messenger or a myspace =) well sorry for being selfish how have you been gorgeous?

In response to your post…the feeling of loneliness is understandable, its just the result of all the horrible crap your ex has put you through. Let out the emotions out, let the sadness flow, and have a good cry. Then after, learn from the past, pick yourself up, and move on to the next phase of your life. Because we can only move forward in our lifetimes, we can’t just keep dwelling in the past or else we get nothing accomplished in the present. What you’re going through is all a valuable part of the process of moving on. In the meantime, we’re all here for you, to help. =)

I KNOW your heart is broken - but please try to find other things to focus on….i dont know - a hobby, a new tv addiction (?!!) SOMEThing — because all that dark thinking/sorrow isnt good for you OR your child…IF she wrote these threats — call the friggin’ police….but — I’d just LEAVE IT ALONE. Both of them….you deserve a GREAT guy who WANTS YOU TOOOOO…..

well in answer to that the recomendations now are to start at 3 years old, it used to be younger but they changed it, i started both my 2 lads in the summer holidays before they started nursary, im doin my lil lad at the moment he turned 3 in march
