  Give her space, but be sure to be there for her when she asks for it ( which might not happen, actually), so it wouldn’t hurt to bring it up first, gently.
  Encourage her to find something to replace self harm with, that isn’t as dangerous.
  Don’t focus just on the injury itself, because that isn’t the real problem. The problem is the issue that makes her want to self harm.
  Don’t expect change to happen quickly; and don’t hold on to any expectation that your friend can stop self-harming just because you want her to. She needs to want it too, its the first step to recovery.Find her a reason to stop.
  Tell her it’s ok to FEEL.People who self-harm are purposely blocking emotions, as a defense mechanism, and it’s not easy to leave it once you started.
  Don’t be critical, it will help her feel loved , instead of making her hate herself even more.But still be honest with her.
  Don’t blame her, respect her right to do it, therefore don’t make her promise to stop.
  
  And above all.. just listen when she needs it.

  Eating Disorders are ilnesses just like any others…
  People dont ask for it.
  People may want to become thinner, they may be aiming for something that in their eyes is healthy, but I don’t really think their original goal was to become anorexic or bulimic.
  Once they actually realize that they have it, it’s harder to stop, they are too afraid of food now and becoming “fat” again. You can’t blame people for their phobias can you though?
  Not eating may be a choice… but think of whatever phobia any of you might have that disagree and imagine if the thing you dread the most would be something you have to do 3x a day, for the rest of your life…
  You’d probably rebel, wouldn’t you?
  But perhaps you do not have a phobia that is as HUGE as food for anorectics. You might think.. if it’s a matter of life and death, I’d do it!
  You’d think you have strong willpower to do that. For people with eating disorders not eating is the biggest symbol of self control and will power.
  It’s more important to them than being healthy.

  Activia’s the only onbe which actually uses it for commercializing the product. :) But it’s actually all yoghurts

  I think every yogurt contains these live cultures of bacteria… (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium families) They help you digest better plus if you’re taking antibiotics (which kill these live cultures) It’s helpful to eat extra yogurt to replace them.
