One of my more self-descriptive responses:
“I am who I am. I am comfortable with that, and it seems the Mods are, too. If I have an opinion, no one should take it as more than an opinion, correct? If my opinion is strong, it’s still just an opinion. If it’s forceful, even if for no reason other than how much thought and feeling I put into it, it’s still just an opinion. If my opinion offends someone, it’s not my fault, is it? After all, I’m simply voicing my emotion-infused opinion. I will not change to suit others. Nor will I ask others to change to suit me. Change comes and goes of it’s own accord, and will not leave you well-off if forced. I am an arrogant prick sometimes, but if someone doesn’t like the points I make and decides to get hurt over it, it tends to be because they didn’t agree with me, and I proved them wrong. Or, at least, they have nothing to say to compete with me. So they whine. And I move on. And they stalk my posts. And I dispatch them. And they whine. It’s a cycle, and it will continue until the emo gene kills itself out of the breeding population. But I can wait.”
I am the boy who can do anything he wants, if he so choses. I will not be held back by the adverse opinions of others, and heaven help you if you try to stop me. I am perfect in my imperfection, and will give until it hurts to breathe if it will help another person.
