it seems worth a try…jeff said he doesnt have anything to do with it anymore because its owned by CBS. If we could get a working code they might implement it, but like jeff said, be careful how we approach this, because they may end up either revamping this site into a web 2.0 piece of shit, or get rid of it completely.

ha ha, here I was thinking I’m selfish for wanting children in this overpopulated world…Actually, I really don’t know if I want children either. It all depends if I can find the right woman I guess.

If I do, the prospect of creating the life, is the biggest mark I can leave on this earth is very enticing. In literature, you often here about making a name for oneself in history. But having children is the most history affecting change you can possibly have upon the future, aside from killing people.

The mind is very able to do as seems appropriate. If you had reason to believe you should be straight, you quite probably could be straight and happy. Though you may never loose the capacity for homosexuality, as you’ve already created those neural pathways.

For human beings, with the proper motivation, almost anything is possible. And motivation is what makes up most of our life decisions; albeit they are based upon a myriad of different events and factors.

In the case of falling in love with a woman that becomes infertile, the choice of leaving her would depend on a myriad of factors, and essentially my motivation for leaving her. The reasoning, or the instinct to reproduce, could overpower my love for her. It would all depend on the exact psychology of me.

In truth, I have no idea what I’d do in that situation, for all options are terrible.

But we do twist the truth, with our bodies and with our minds. Without manipulating the truth your mind wouldn’t exist at all. And your mind certainly does manipulate itself. That’s what I’m trying to tell you.

For the most part I agree with you. Our minds are based on physical structure. We can’t change that. But many of our choices, desires, likes are malleable. I think you underestimate that power.

What I’m saying, is that the mind is very complex. And I have the potential to be attracted to men, if I found it to be a rational decision. But I don’t. The optical stimuli found in men could replace the stimuli found in women, simply through association of emotion and sexual stimulation.

The brain is capable of changing how it functions. Every time you make a new thought you create new pathways in the brain. Optical memories and emotions can create strong emotional association. It works the same way with knowledge.

C’mon now, that isn’t true at all. Reproduction plays a huge role in the motivation towards sex. Some women don’t even enjoy sex, and can’t achieve orgasms for their entire life.

You see, homosexuality has always been a curiosity to me, because it seems so different to me. Appreciating the psychology behind it would lessen that curiosity.

I can look at a man and see his features as beautiful. But I don’t feel attracted to him because I know there is no future in reproduction.

From what you told me, you feel attracted to men because it is enjoyable to be stimulated sexually. And there is no loss of that stimuli with males. However, other gays and bi’s might have different reasoning.

I could do the same. But I choose heterosexuality because I see little gain from homosexuality.

But seriously, I’ve got a whole new path in front of me. I’m heading out to cali with my special guy, along with our pregnant friend.

And all this time I’ve been partying. Frat parties, house parties, street parties. My life has definitely taken a more social turn.

Best part is I stopped the dex, and as of yet haven’t gotten hooked on anything besides cigs. I’m lucky considering I’ve done just about every hard drug I thought I’d never do lol.
