  I have lost the 76lbs by doing a new eating lifestyle program called Metabolic Research Center. it took me 250 or so days to loose this much weight. Just changing my eating habits.

  After going through what i have gone through, you are young please move on with your life dont keep going back to someone that cheats its not worth it.. make something of yourself. Sooner or later you will find the right persone for you who wont cheat and will love you for you and only you…please take my advice and just move on i know its hard. you are worth the right girl.
