How do you know the teacher is high? And if the teacher is high how do you know how he or she got that way?? I don’t believe in reporting suspicions and potentially ruining someone’s career. Also, why are YOU playing around on help.com instead of attending to your studies??

Anon… I find your ’sammich’ comment offensive and have asked the moderators to remove it from my post. Women are to respected and honored, and your comments are not welcome. DA-ll… thank you for your views. Perhaps my views are a little old fashioned, and could be considered stereotypical and even sexist, but I’m suggesting we go back to the 40’s or 50’s. I’m only suggesting that we all learn to honor the differences between men and women (which are very different even at the biological chemical makeup) and treat each other accordingly. Sexists? YES thank God… lets experience, honor and cherish the differences between men and women again! Thank you Je ne sais pa… you stated what I was saying beautifully from the female perspective. How do you even know it’s a guy on the internet? Have you met him, is he even real? Basically, he’s not - he’s little more than a robot. Your emotions are attached to electrical wires and keyboards… maybe even a webcam if you’re getting kinky… If you can’t touch him he’ll never touch you.

We are even today merging the two sexes emotionally. Eventually someone will find a reason to do so chemically (if they haven’t already) … True androgynous beings are in our future. Somehow science fiction always finds a way to become science fact.

Thanks Korwinn, you’re right, there certainly a generational thing going on here. Of course all things evolve over time, that’s OK, but I believe that some things don’t need to change. If our gender roles continue to evolve, it will be interesting to see what the future holds; Men giving birth?! I could happen.

Ok… as you know, you need to get over this fear. He’s done nothing to make you suspect he’d dump you… He’s chosen you, that has to mean something to you. He WANTS you, not someone else. The fact is, because you are living with this fear, you are doing things right now that you feel HE wants. It’s OK to please a partner, but not at the expense of our Self. We must always be the person we are. No matter how “Eastern” your parents may be… many parents in Western society feel the same way. You are in college for a college education, not to meet boys… that was how it was in the 1940’s and 50’s… but no longer. Since they were raised with that past generations attitude and they of course remember it. But they want better for you. Back then many women quit college after they found their guy… even if they didn’t get knocked up. They want more for you; so try not to hold this against them… they are having to fend off old attitudes too. So tell me, why are you in college?

well… usually it all changes if you DON’T just be yourself. Do you always exhibit low self esteem or confidence, or is it only with your boyfriend?

Has he given you reason to feel this way? Does he yell at you, or insult you or demean you in the things you do?

One step at a time. Are you be best person you can be? You have to start there. Once there, you attract to you more of the same. Once you have faith that you are the best you can be, then everything you touch is influenced by YOU in a better way.
