  Please listen to me. I know that you are doing this to relieve pain or stress or something like that. I have worked with people who do that kind of thing to release what they feel is the only way that it can be released. Please do not do that. Do not cut yourself or anything of the like. Instead, please do this… sit on your bed, chair, floor, grass or whatever you feel comfortable sitting on…close your eyes…make one hand into a fist and wrap the other one around it…now breathe slowly while clenching your fists as tight as you can and keep doing it until you cannot tighten anymore.
  Keep doing this until the pain is gone…
  
  IF THAT DOES NOT HELP…
  
  listen to some music and get out a few pieces of paper and some pens, crayons, markers or anything that writes and start drawing ANYTHING!!! calm yourself down with the music and allow your hands to take the stressed picture out of your head and onto the paper.
  
  IF THAT DOES NOT HELP…
  
  lay on your bed with NOTHING AROUND YOU… and just listen the the soft, quiet, gentle music that is of either waves or love songs, ballads, or the like. Just lay there and listen and that should calm your fears or stresses…
  
  AND JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID TALK TO SOMEONE!!!
  
  You look in your picture like you are a wonderful young lady. Do not throw that away by hurting yourself or others. Seek out a friend, family member or even us online as you did (GREAT JOB!!!) and get someone to listen to you and talk to you about this.

  Now, I do have the “^” button but now any of the others. So will this allow me to get the correct answers when needing to find something that is like y=65.24(1.023) to the x?

  First off, I guess I would have to ask why in the world do you really want this girl to slap you? I mean, if you have not done anything wrong, what would be the point?
  
  I agree with the anonymous person that Splenda does work on some things. However, try some fruits like honey dew or musk melon. Those are typically good foods with a sweet taste. He could also try getting something like the Quaker flavored rice cakes (I like that carmel ones) since those are healthy but sweet also. I know that you must be a great friend if you are worried about a friends diet more than other things in life now. Great Job!!!
