  You were “dead” for millions of billions of years before you were “alive”.. We are lucky to live in the time and place that we do, just don’t take life for granted, and rest assured that when you die, you won’t know anything. It’s actually quiet peaceful if you think about it.

  You will grow out of it, to be sure. I used to have that problem, but as I matured and found more, useful ways of getting the attention I wanted, I found that the lying problem slowly subsided until I only use it in rare circumstances. Good luck. :)

  I’ve actually considered extensively the notion that he might be gay.. When we have sex, I’m always the one to initiate it. He never does anything special for me unless I ask him to do it (he’ll do anything I ask, though).
  
  At first he was kind of ashamed that he liked guys, or at least he acted shy toward me about it, but now he isn’t shy about it at all..

• I’ve come to realize that I’m not good at anything.
  

  Life, fortunately and unfortunately, is what you make of it. If you’re unhappy, and do nothing about it, you will continue your life being unhappy. There is nothing wrong with being “normal”. We all have our great discoveries, but just because we don’t invent some great mathematical theory it doesn’t mean that we cannot be proud of what we DO accomplish. It’s all in your approach at life. I, personally, am a very outgoing kind of person. When I walk into a room full of people I don’t know, I try to walk out of that room having talked with at least one person I hadn’t talked with before. The solution is to find like-minded people that you can communicate with freely about subjects which you are mutually interested in.
  
  What ARE you interested in? It’s hard to find people to talk to if you never go out anywhere that you can meet people. Are you in school? School is an amazing place to meet people.. If you’re a geek like me, a comic book store is a good way to meet new people who have the same interests as you.
  
  I have friends who are in the same situation as you.. I mean your outlook on life. I don’t know you, or what you do in your spare time… But my friends, they never go anywhere new. They sit at home on their computers, they work at their jobs, they watch their tv.. If you never go anywhere new, you will never put any new people into your life.
  
  The lovely thing about meeting new people is that they don’t know you. They don’t know how you usually act, they don’t know what you’re like.. Use that to your advantage! If you act outgoing toward somebody, they will be more likely to open up right back. When you go to the store, pick the aisle with a semi-attractive girl around your age and initiate a conversation with her. It doesn’t have to be anything huge, just ask how she is, how work is going, wish her a good day.. Small conversations give you a boost in your ego, make you feel better about yourself and the more you have them, the better you will be at small talk. ;)
  
  Anyway, I didn’t mean to write a novel at you, but I used to be like you.. So I know where you are, how it feels.. It took somebody giving me a confidence boost for me to adjust my attitude enough to make a difference in my life. It’s all in your perspective.

  Tha isn’t love, that’s stalkerish behavior. Seriously, you’re probably freaking him out. When you love somebody, you have to be dating him at least. :P When you hardly ever bicker over small problems, when you talk out your major problems, when you trust him so much you let him hang out with his female friends /without/ getting jealous because you know he is so into you that he will be faithful 100%… THAT is love.
