Just the mere fact that you take a moment for yourself says that smiles are in the works. I appreciate greatly that you took the time to send a smile my way, you are such a dear. We need to talk sometime in the not too distant future, there is something I worry over and your opinion is very important in the matter. I’ll email you soon if that’s ok? As I was saying some prayers for Errol (shakeybritches) today, I thought of you. I felt like they can be helpful for you and what ever it is you are going through.
I will copy and past them here in your shout box. I hope they will help you in some way. Help you be open to the answers you are longing for.

God, please help me to set aside everything I think I know about myself and this situation and help me to have an open mind that I may see the truth and have a new experience
