I agree with My3sons4ever. Maybe you should see a doctor, it could just be hormonal problems.
I had this exact same problem recently. Everything that I loved suddenly made me hate it, and all my friends just ticked me off, when they really weren’t doing anything wrong. I even resulted to cutting myself for quite a while.
It is really better to speak to someone, but it doesn’t have to be a counselor. Talk to someone you trust, like a girlfriend or a close relative. Whatever reason is causing you discomfort, talking to someone always helps. Depression isn’t worth breaking up with your boyfriend or suffering from grades over.
