My site - www.askmammy.ie - was created because everybody needs a Mammy.
It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you come from, how much money you have, how educated you are, how sophisticated and qualified and polished you appear to be, at some point in your life, you need a Mammy to love you unconditionally, believe in you implicitly, nurture you selflessly, listen to you without judgement, guide you without prejudice and, occasionally, remind you to watch your manners, clean your room and (most importantly) go out and play!
Some people are fortunate enough to have a real live Mammy to fulfil that role, but for those who don’t, askmammy.ie is here.
The site is a warm, welcoming and safe place where you can kick off your virtual shoes and unload whatever is on your mind. The only condition is that you treat everybody with respect while you’re there.
You will find here a supportive community, as well as practical, down-to-earth, no nonsense information on an ever-widening range of topics - from how to cope with teenagers to how to worm your cat!
In the forum - Mammy’s Kitchen - you can chat to other site members and discuss whatever you like, as long as you remember the one and only condition - treat everybody with respect while you’re here.
