it was his first time… he didnt lie… i had to help him a bit… it lasted a little more than 2 hours… and we were in the back of a car… but he did do some studing apparently… he said he read up on it and watched videos and asked people but… yeah… im kinda depressed, he wont talk to me, i have no way of contacting him…

maybe just watch what you eat… eat smaller portions and if you buy your food watch what you buy… you can get low calorie and low fat stuff already made
