I have gotten myself into a very bad way! I have over $14,800.00 in debt and need to pay off before major legal action is taken against me. I have a fulltime and part-time job and am able to pay back $300 per month for 50 months (4 years and 2 months). Is there actually any place out there that can help me get this loan with my very bad credit that will NOT SCAM me! I have been contacted by MANY places stating they can help. They are all from the U.K. and all request a upfront payment to secure the loan. I am very aware that in the US you do not need to pay anything upfront for a LEAGAL loan. If there is ANYONE out there that can truly help me out, I would forever be in your debt and could actually have a normal life again.
I am willing to disclose all bills in question and give all financial information to show I am honest and trust worthy. I am also willing to have a direct withdraw from my checking account in the amount of $300.00 per month to the creditors account to insure payment is made in a timely manner.
