Mini-Profile
I’m a U.S. citizen, but I’ve spent most of my life in Western Europe. I’m twenty-one.
My three best years in life were at a boarding school during my senior high school years. I got a lot of friends, I discovered I was great at school and got to know a lot of people with very different backgrounds, expanding my horizon.
After that I was one year in the military, serving at an international military base. Since then I’ve been very skeptical of military spending, seeing vast sums being spent on the strangest stuff.
Then my goal was to get into medical school last fall, but I didn’t get in, just barely not having what I needed to get in. As a result, I’ve been really depressed for much of the time since then, even though I have so much to be glad for. Makes me feel bad, struggling when I should be so grateful.
Next year I’m leaving to do voluntary work in southern asia, working on a clinic and teaching English to locals. I decided to do this to dedicate some of my time to focus on other people than myself. Hopefully this will also give me rewards in the form of meaning and happiness.

What's your favorite sport or sports?
I love road biking with my racer, and I also play soccer
What kinds of jobs have you held? Industries too!
