  I think all you need to do is re-prioritize how you spend your time. Just take some time for yourself once in a while. I know this sounds kind of corny but try making one night a week just for u, say every Thursday or whatever. That way you have at least one night a week go catch up with old friends or make new ones, go watch a movie, do whatever you want. You still get to spend time with your siblings and take care of them. But this way you might be able to get just a little bit of breathing room and maintain your sanity.

  Arnday, actually these days nurses are far more qualified than they were before. Especially if they’re a nurse practitioner. In our facilities our NP’s tend to be way more reliable and helpful since the majority of situations where patients ask to see a doctor, the NP’s (and sometimes even RN’s) are more than qualified to handle. Technicians and Nursing Assistants seem to be taking the role of what nurse’s used to be and they tend to spend much more time with patients these days. Unfortunately, I’ve also seen this change some nurses so they now are starting to develop the same attitudes as some of the doctors we’re complaining about now. Oh and nurses also tend to make a lot more these days because of the vast shortage of them going around. A lot of NP’s even have salaries that rival that of many doctors.
  
  And JesusMurphy, I’m sorry if this discussion offends you. My father is actually in a similar situation to your mother so I understand where you’re coming from. It’s just unfortunate that they tend to be the exceptions and not the rule these days. But hopefully that’ll change over time.

  If you can’t find the same temp folder that your computer saved to earlier then you can look around other temp folders to find it. All the relevant temporary folders should be in the same area. If the things I said above won’t work, then you could try doing a search on the entire temp folders directory (somewhere in the c drive, maybe in your windows account folder) for any word documents. So you’d probably type “*.doc” (without the quotes) in the search box and open up each document one by one till you find what you’re looking for.
  
  There’s probably other things you could do to narrow your search but I’m a bit tired and can’t really think of anything more. I’ll post again if I remember anything else.

  I really wish I could argue against this, but I can’t. Working around doctors all the time I’d say 8/10 that I work with are arrogant pricks. They boss everyone around and if the world can’t fix their problems at the snap of their fingers then they start yelling at the lowly peons below them…. /rant
  
  Ok, that was a (slight) exaggeration after a really busy day at work. But I’ll say those 2/10 that are actually nice, I do admit they are great to work with and patients really do adore and respect them. They don’t pester people or try to scare patients into thinking they HAVE to get procedure A done by them and only them or they’ll die. They lay out all the facts honestly and allow the patient to make an informed decision.
  
  It’s not all their fault though. Times are actually getting difficult and medicine isn’t as secure a career as it used to be. The competition between doctors is really getting insane…
