  forgive him. I dont know exactly what he did, but everything is forgiveable. My fiance and I have gone through a rough patch mainly becasue we are sorting out our differnces before we get marrried. Although e have been arguing we are becoing a more healthy relationship die to it. I know how u feel when you say u cant stop crying, i do it all the time but i have learned that crying will not change him. you really need to sit down with him and talk about what bothers you and how he an help to improve your lives together.
  
  Talk to yuor mate about what bothers you. I find the best way to deal with my problems is to write them down and express them in that way. Then I give them to my fiance and he helps me work through them. Writting my problems helps me the most. If you need anyone to talk to let me know, always remeber that there are plenty of people out there who ARE willing to listen and help.

  i am very shy. So i get just as nervous as you do. Talk to one person and try and stick with that person so you can get comfortable with them and then work your way to the other people. That seems to work the best for me. Good Luck

  please do not say hurtful words about yourself. My fiance does the same thing and i get mad at him for it. No matter how you feel about yourself you always have to look at the positive things. My fiance felt the same way about himself until he found a hobby. Now that he has a Jeep he feels so much better about himself. WHen you feel down go out with a friend. They are always the best medicine. If you do not have friends (which I hope you do have atleast 1 friend) then go out with yourself. Get out of your house and you should feel a little better. Don;t worry, be happy
