Mine finally went away….I got another update notice but this one was to update the AOL 9.0 VR…when that updated the UNUPDATABLE one went away!!!! - written 2 years, 5 months ago
I have this same thing. It pops up when I close aol. I click the update button and it goes away but does not download an update. If I then bring up the task menu and check my processes there will be a process for each time this box opens, for example if I use AOL 6 times in one day there will b e six processes running doing nothing but slowing my system down. AOL will not help me because my AOL is free and I do not pay for their tech support.
Sevens suggestion of dont click doesnt work because the window will not close until you do and it sits on top of all other windows. - written 2 years, 6 months ago
