  In your first communication with me - you stated: “Why is it that Michigan’s Child Protective Services only has a 30% return rate to reuniting families together? When the USA aggregate return rate to families is 70%?
  Does the case worker get a cut of the moneys collected from the federal government for removal , then get more for adopting children out?”
  
  I had no idea as to which cases you were talking about and the situations which you have been involved in. Then in your second response you provided more information which gave me a better idea as to where you were and what you’ve been struggling with.
  
  That is what I meant with “thanks for the update…” was that you gave more information about what you were involved in -
  
  As for the second part - I will report any offense or unethical action to whoever it is needed should I have solid proof or evidence of someone endangering a child or an adult…and do what I can to protect the individuals from harm. I have no reason to doubt what you have said about the circumstances in which have occured - you seem to have taken some postive steps towards correcting the situation and I respect you for that. I would suggest that you keep writing to the President, His wife, the Senate, the Congress, and the newspapers -
  In the Bible - 2 Timothy Chapter 4 - versus 1-4 - it says:(1) I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: (2) preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. (3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, (4) and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.
  
  As you can see - in vs. 3 & 4 - the Word of God has hit the nail directly on the head. Our system in increasingly letting loose of sound doctrine and doing things according to their desires…
  
  5 But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
  6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; 8 in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
  
  In verse 6 - it states that Paul feels as though he’s been poured out as a drink offering - that is what I’m hearing from you also… I encourge you to keep up the good fight and finish the course - whatever it takes…

  Sounds like a nightmare in Michigan… now that you’ve given this information to us.. your original question has grounds to be voiced… interesting note: I tried to copy and search your references and all that I got were Error messages - so I went to another web site: http://protected-murdered.facesofthemissing.org/?cat=6 and I was able to find the information plus more from other states…
  
  Thanks for the update and info…. but again I’ll report any child abuse or mismangement to the authorities and jail those whom are doing wrong should I have the information to do so.

  The answer to your question about one program vs another cannot be answered without really knowing “the why” of it. I would suggest in return that you go to this web site: http://search.live.com/results.aspx?srch=105&FORM=IE7RE&q=reuniting+families+together
  
  and take a look at the many programs which are available and which are working to the best of their ability to reuinte families.
  
  As to your second question or statement: “Does the case worker get a cut of the moneys collected from the federal government for removal , then get more for adopting children out?” My rage and my anger that someone would actually believe that SW’s or CM’s would desire to profit from the pain caused in a “removal” of a child from his/her family - and again that you or anyone would think that we (SW’s or CM’s) would want to profit from adopting them out. You must have been really hurt by someone that was very unethical - if I ever knew of someone trying to profit from this type of situation - I’d do everything possible to make sure that they were put into jail ASAP for as long as possible.
  
  Separation of children is done under strict guidelines and for the most part - only when the children are in danger. On a personal note: I believe that if parents were to come together in marriage and with full love for each other - in a complete relationship with God - and if they were to love their children as they love themselves - then we would have less separations and less domestic violence. Thanks for your response my friend - I pray that you will receive healing to the pain that you have had.
