I understand you were trying to help a friend out but it does make it a whole lot easier and alot less complicated if the actual person involved uses the report function for these things as then we can get right to the issue without needing to hunt things down and find out who was where and doing what…

i wrote a post to talk about my feelings about this issue and i thank you for trying to resolve it, and i have no intention to slander anyone.

You were talking about situations and events as fact when so far they are just hear say, slander is saying something about someone without any evidence to back the story.

Well I am sorry but untill there is evidence showing what actually happened then there is nothing that can be done as it is one persons word against another.

So far I have not been able to find any evidence of anything that does brak the TOU in any way.

All we can do now is drop it and if the person concerned feels that they want to take this further then they can report all the shouts and replies that are involved in this issue.

Also, candp would not know any more about this than I do.

i am sorry to bother you dear, i have just been by the victim that a complaint has been filed and that the verdict was Mod did not strictly break TOS.

It’s only revealing anonymous user (unspecified) and insult (negotiable).

Me and another mod are looking into this issue at the moment but it would be really helpful of you if you could go to these shouts that are talking about this person and saying who his anon is and report them, just click the little red flag next to each shout about this issue and then we can go from there :)

I have passed it on to someone to look at but for now, as I said, I don’t know what happened and why but these things usually have two sides to it, meaning you probably only have one side to the story at the moment.

you see i personally used to post anonymously, and felt very uncomfortable to talk about my problems, but later I became more confident,

I passed it onto someone else to look at when they log in as I have no knowledge of this and most likely someone else will know what happened and the full story behind it.

Well the post he made for you was him asking 1 individual a personal question.
If they had posted saying “HI everyone, how was you 2 weeks” then that would of been fine as it is a question to EVERYONE, the post YOURS made could only be answered by one person as it was directed at only one person…
