Hey, just checking in. How are you?

It is cervical cancer, they treat it the same way as they would with abnormal cells, basically a loop biopsy that you can be awake for they inject the cervix with local anestetic(sp) and then remove the cancer cells that way, I had it done in september but found out today some cells are still there so I have the same thing done again but this time it will be under general anestetic so that they can take their time looking and makeing sure that they get the remaining out.

It’s just icky really.

Well, this may be the wrong thing to say - idk - your the only person I’ve ever known to have cancer so i’m not too experienced. But its good that they are going to operate? They obviously think its treatable right?

I just had results back from a biopsey I had in Sept telling me the cancer cells they removed are still there and I have to go back in again to have the procedure all over again to try and get rid of them all..
And people keep telling me it will all be ok but how does anyone know?

I’m fine about it now though lol, was just the shock earlier but hey, life is like that, just when you think your on top of it all you get put back to the bottom again..

Yes :) Although I think in the end I didn’t really need much help at all, just someone to listen and say something back. When I feel down, I like to listen to someones opinion. I hate it when people just say “it will get better” even if its with the best of intentions.

Well help is being a little buggy at the moment, for the last week to be exact.
Other people have had this same issue where they post and it doesn’t show up so they keep trying to post and then suddenly all their posts show up at once, I don’t know the reason for it or how long it will do that for, it is not every time but every so often.

But anyhow, don’t fret, as far as I can see nothing has been deleted/closed or removed so try posting it again and see what happens because if it is the glitch I will just remove any duplicates after anyway :)

Oh wow you wouldn’t of thought they’d do such a big display there! I’m definately going. I’ve been to the conwy castle one before that was good but it wasn’t the best. Plus its even colder because of the sea!!

Thats the one in LLandudno, they do the display on the end of the pier and everyone gathers along the beach to watch, they really do go all out for theirs.

lol!! Yeah I know what you mean. I love them ones… although I have never seen shapes!! OMG now I feel like i’ve missed out!! Hmm when the caravan season is back in I might go the fireworks there next year - I want hearts in my glitter!! lol.

LMAO yeah but I know which ones you mean, the kids had the ones that go up all glittery and then just fart in the sky, anti climax or what!

I like the ones that properly explode.. Last year they had ones that exploded into hearts, was cool and pretty smart to get them to do that, they could do the hearts fine but obviousley couldn’t control which way up the hearts were so a few were upside down lol

It was stupid! The kids display only had more *trail into the air and die* fireworks and the adults one had more *fly into the air secretly and then bang and make you jump* ones lol. Ok, its actually really hard trying to describe fireworks!!

LoL kids one? What happened there then, the bangs were quieter lmao… but yeah, thought that counts I guess and the money that goes into some of those firworks must be vast!

lol awww that is so cute. Yeah I can imagine, I know the park and it is huge too so I guess they have a massive display. We went to one last night and they did a “childrens display” before the “adults display” and to be honest it was exactly the same! but oh well. Thought that counts and all that!

Yeah we usually go to Erias park, they do a huge display that you can see for a few miles so you don’t actually have to go into the over crowded park itself although, this yeah, I think hubby is taking the 2 eldest ones and I will stay home with the lil baba as no doubt loud scarey fireworks will probably make him cry the whole time, we made that mistake once before when the eldest was a baby lol, had to leave the second we got there :S
