  That’s a good piece!
  Thanks for entertaining me and giving me something to contemplate for a moment. Keep it up. You might be “Confused as Hell” but you write decent poetry.

• I need help on how to control what I do.
  

  I’d like to congratulate you on your self control first off. Most people when confronted with a situation that makes them angry fly off the handle themselves and make the situation worse. I’m a professional writer and understand why you bury yourself in writing. That’s not a bad thing at all. As a matter of fact some of the best writing in the world has been written because of emotional turmoil, whether it be love or anger and your crying is just another emotional outlet so that’s cool. I would like to suggest a couple of things since you asked:
  - analyze the things that make you mad and try and imagine what difference will it make to you in 20-50 years - is it really that big a problem to get so upset about?
  - turn down the music because you’re probably just ticking off people around you (unless you’re wearing a headset) and that’s just a passive/aggressive response to what’s making you angry.
  - if you think you are bi-polar (something that my shrink tells me I’m borderline with) it could be a number of things so get it checked out. My shrink thought I might have a touch of it, but when he realized that I compartmentalize in my brain and always have with no negative actions or problems we’ve come to the conclusion that I am who I am and I think the way I think.
  
  For all of this though, do yourself a favour and talk to your family doctor or a school counsellor, someone professional who can help direct you toward people who may be able to help.
  
  Good luck and hang in there. Anger management does get easier with practice and I think right now you have your anger held in a pretty good place, with a couple of solid, and quite positive, outlets that you are using to control it; your writing, your music and your ability to walk away and calm down before heading back into whatever the fray is that’s causing you to be angry.

  This I know nothing about. Sorry.
  Try searching ADD Association and Toronto Canada.
  I believe there is an ADD Association and from there I’m sure they’ll be able to help.

• Lucid Dreams, ever had one?
  

  If you enjoy lucid dreams you might want to explore OOBEs (Out Of Body Experiences). There are numerous places and sites that can provide you with the training, many no charge, and THAT experience will smoke lucid dreams like you would not believe. Almost all of my dreams now are lucid and I control them, but this is also through training. Again you’ll find vast information on how to do this across the web. One of the most reputable places to explore these types of metaphysical experiences is the Robert Monroe Institute (no I’m not affiliated with them - just learned from them). They charge, they are pricey, however they are also one of the world’s best places to learn this stuff. Have fun! Be careful “out there”.
