  I like to think of the Flaming Lips Song “The Gash”, where one volunteer in a brutal battle with dire odds refuses to give in. Focus on the positive, what and who you love, don’t be afraid to open up and discuss your feelings and problems, and just remain steadfast. Better to try and fail than not to try at all.
