Haha, I would get him shoes or even a skateboard if I had more money and wasn’t afraid to spend it. A pair of skater shoes already costs about seventy five bucks, maybe more, and a skateboard… haha, way more than that. Besides, he already has eight. I don’t think he needs another one, lol

My limit is twenty five bucks. I try not to spend too much on gifts, especially if they’re impersonal. But sadly, my friend is kind of materialistic.

to cgstudent0: lol I get it. Well, idk, because I’m trying to think if he’d appreciate me getting him some pads and a helmet because he always falls and messes something up. (He’s broken four body parts in two years) But he never wears them, so idk if he’d want them. And as for hair products, he has longish hair, and all I can think about buying for him is shampoo and conditioner, and those are pretty everyday things…

To carnivale: You’re right, I should move on. But is there anyway of easing the pain while doing so? I really don’t want to have to feel the same exact feeling of hurt again, especially if I’m only just getting over the last one. And also, I’m worried if Puck asks me to the dance (although he might not because he mentioned that he was going out of town), or ask me out, I wouldn’t know what to say because I don’t wanna let him down. But I really don’t like him like that and I’m not used to letting people down because I’m not usually the “heartbreaker” you know?

But I guess I just have to learn.

I’m not really sure, but I think it’s male because I have a friend whose name is Zhao. I don’t know if it’s his last name but people call him that and his other name (whether it be his first or last) is Yong.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I thought about the whole hat idea, but we were talking on the phone yesterday, and I casually mentioned how I liked hats, and he completely disagreed with me… :( So he shot down that idea… and from past conversations with him, he really doesn’t like the new Linkin Park album (it’s a long story, but it’s understandable… he’s still a fan, just not of the latest album)…

Ah, but it’s only going to be as awkward as you make it… try telling yourself that it’s not awkward. It’s not going to be different just because you love him/her now. Okay, so maybe you’ll feel different around him/her but that doesn’t mean that they’ll treat you differently.

But then again, admitting it to them is another story…

Ah, this is probably one of the hardest questions to answer. I will not lie and say that I know the exact answer to this, but I will attempt to try and help, but in the end, it just depends on the guy, the girl, and the situation.

Sometimes, guys have to get to know the girl before they can judge upon whether or not he actually likes her. It takes a while, so just show your guy what makes you the best girl out there and why you’re worth “liking”.

Also, Urgdu is right on some things. Some guys tend to act differently around a girl they like. They try to act ‘cool’ and stuff, but you have to ask yourself if you actually like him for him, or for his looks. Try to get to know him first.

I have learned in the past that guys like girls who are HONEST. They’d rather find out the truth from you now than from somebody else later. Do not lie to a guy to make him like you, because that’s not who you are. If he doesn’t like you for you, then that’s his fault, not yours.

And to csean01: You’re right, we’re teenagers. We’re naïve and inconsiderate sometimes and that’s just part of growing up. Yes, he can be a jerk at times, but he makes up for it with his caring attitude. I just wish my friends would see that he’s not that bad of a guy as a whole, instead of focusing a lot on his faults.

And don’t worry, I will set his friends straight.
