I know this is insane…I am a single mother of 3 kids. My father needs my help to have a decent lifestyle or even live much longer. He is sick and lives in a dump. I am trying to buy some affordable land with a manufactured home in FL. So the question is…where do i get money??? I need about 200K to pay for the land/home/car. If I can find somewhere to get a grant for this I will be so gratefull. Then I should be able to afford the monthly bills without struggling anymore. Any advice or leads???
