Looking for a job and trying to revive my business at the same time. Job market is grim. I’ll turn 50 in less than a month and need to either go back to school for a second degree or work smarter somehow.

That was my way of saying, “Please don’t go.”

While I was on a cruise in Alaska, my kids and I wrote “LOVE” on our arms. We used a highlighter because we didn’t have a sharpie. We were at dinner in this formal dining room with a group of 13 family and friends. And when we explained what we were doing, several others wrote LOVE on their arms too, even my brother who isn’t in to anything mushy.

Whales! Awesome. I’ve always wanted to go on a cruise in Alaska.

We will be on a cruise, and hopefully I’ll see whales.

Vermont is very pretty :) I was born there, so I’m there often.
Alaska, I’m sure, would beat Vermont times about a thousand. That is amazing. What are you doing there?
