thanks for the response. well, i got a response, but now when i go to help others (not anonymous), I don’t have my “help me with” hyperlink. am i doing something wrong?

Sorry but we do not allow duplicate posts. The username may have changed but the content is the same. If people did not respond the first time it is probably because they had no advice to offer.

I wanted to have the post listed publicly so i could get help when i responded to people - can you please open the non-anonymous one again?

KT1 - I posted the duplicate because the first was posted anonymously - this was a mistake (first one)
