EUC benefits are for when your original claim has run out. You can only apply for them once your original claim is out of money. If they told you to file for them, then you must be eligible for the extended benefits. I have just filed for mine.

No like i been on unemployment but i ran out of money couple months ago then i get this letter in the mail saying i may be eligible for the euc shit so i go to the website they said and applied.

As unemployment rates are very high, if you are unemployed you can file for EUC (Extended Unemployment Benefits). The amount of time/money you can get depends on your original file date.

Holy crap! I have been doing the same thing. I have been working at my folks house, doing odd jobs so it won’t seem like such a hand out. I think in the end it makes me feel worse. They could afford to give me the money but they like to make me squrim! Not that I mind earning it but some how their motives are bent.
