  for 5′4 you prob wanna go down to like, 130. in a healthy way, you can prob loose the 24 in 3 months. dont do it stupidly just to get it done it time, the weight will all come back eventually. just take it gradually and by november you should be fine. just dont “reward yourself” back for the holidays!

  well if she said she liked you and all, there must be a reason why shes avoiding you… maybe shes embarassed to let people know she has feelings for you (been there, done that…)
  i mean, if she said she had feelings for you and thought you were cute, theres something there.
  But are you sure that she is also gay?? make sure of that before you do anything else. after that, i say ask her out again, and see what happens from there.

  do some fun things you remember doing before you left for iraq, it will be like de ja vu and you’ll get a thrill out of it. ask your friends to get together somewhere and do something like bowling or golf… and as for pushing away the love of your life… the only thing i can say to that is to tell them that your feeling negative, if they love you just as much as you love them, they will understand. In time, this feeling will go away, hon.
