This is our story of how we became homeless and what one supposed godly woman and her supposed help got us.
Back in May around the 18th of 2007, we took what we combined as a vacation and for an award for my children to a motel so the children could swim and just get away from all the trouble of the school year and neighbors problems, and just relax in general. The whole week and a half almost two weeks we were gone i was going back to our house every 2 to 3 days to change dirty clothes for clean clothes, i was doing this the whole time we were gone and everything was going good but when we went back to our trailer we were buying on a sunday May 27 2007, we got back to a trailer that was open wide with nothing in it. The owner of the trailer told us that we had abondonded our stuff and that they took it either to the dump or they burnt it. I am talking pictures,titles to my cars, birth certifacte for me, my social security card, clothes, furniture, toys ,tvs,movies, games, dvd player, vcr, my unsold avon products that i had and was trying to sell that amounted to almost $500.00, i mean everything was taking from us and it just keeps getting worse.
At any rate we stayed at a motel and worked through labor finders when they had jobs going out which at the time was really only one job with a few calling in from time to time, which meant we sometimes had no money for the motel let alone food so we was at our last straw and called this 211 help line which steered us to this homeless shelter for help and to get back on our feet.
The worse was yet to come, when we got to this shelter there was 4 other ladies there, 2 of the ladies where well over 64 years old and basically giving the lady who run and supposedly owned the shelter, all their money from their social security and their disablity which amounted to almost $1200.00 a month from just them 2, there was one lady who worked and gave $100.00 a week which was just about all her pay check, and then there was this other lady who had shot herself and and her ex-father-in-law was donating $1000.00 a month for her stay there. THANK GOD we had nothing for this lady to take from us, but as you can plainly see she was getting almost $2600.00 a month from the people staying here, she was also asking for donations from churches and other people or organizations.

Now for the funny things that brought us to being homeless again from this shelter. The owner of the house came by one day the same day the water company did to tell us that the water was in arrears for at least 2 months and that the rent had not been paid in over 3 months , so when we started talking to the land lady and finding this stuff out the bishop got mad because we called upon our church we were attending to help us or to let us now we had someone to talk to or go to if we needed to talk to someone or get help, well i found out quick like that the church did not care about us and that they where on the bishop’s side of the whole thing and telling us that she was struggling with just her disability and that it was hard on her to make this all work out.
At any rate the bishop told us she was through with us because we had talked to the bill collectors and to the landlady. And that we were just bad people and the lady who shot herself was demon possessed. Two days before she told us all this we were low on food (and she is supposed to have a food pantry) we asked if she had any kind of food and she told us that she had nothing to give us at the time and that we should have made our food stamps last and our money last but that is kind of hard to do when you cant see no one without food and so you cook for the whole house and then your food does not go as far as it would if you where living by yourself or with your family.
So now then this is were we are no jobs, no money for the bills, cars are broke down so you cant get a job without transportation and noone to turn to help pay the rent and utilities, noone to help get our cars back up and running properly.
So i am turning to the internet to try to get help and to try and get this story about a fraudulant woman stopped from doing this kind of thing to anyone else especially the elderly and the sick or the ones down on their luck.
I was so shocked to find out all this about this woman that i got sick and stayed sick till she was gone from the house for good and now i get sick just thinking what i am going to do for my family and my new adoptive family that remains here in the house.

i finished 8th grade and in my 9th grade yr i got pregnant and dropped out to have a baby and to work then went back and also worked and also went to college
