  lol what a random question. If you are being serious… just chill ^^ she will calm down then chat to her about it yourself. In the mean time don’t lose your head or annoy her, any negitivity will make it worse.

  For any account someone creates. If there is a parental controls option generally it assumes the person creating it is acting as the kind of administrator for it - the person who has control to all the settings [which may include parental controls depending on what it is].
  
  AOL isn’t free though? At least not the actual internet service it provides. - If you are referring to AIM as in AOL Instant Messageing [which has always been free to my knowledge] there are ways in which you can still block that if you desire?
