  Just give yourself time, and then get right back up and find some new friends. Don’t let them see how much they’ve hurt you and get some better friends. Have you talked through things with them?

  You should do what you want. If you want to be a doctor, go for it. Don’t worry about what others think, it’s your life and you should do whatever you will be happiest doing.

  Ok, so you can’t talk to them about it because they’ll get angry, you don’t talk to them about it they get angry anyway. Where do you lose by telling them? Sure, they might be angry still, but you’ll feel better because you don’t have to hold your feelings in.

  Yeah, I haven’t been cutting myself but I’m not in the best place at the moment and I’m talking to a teacher too. When I don’t know how to say what I want to I write it down in a letter the night before and give it to her the next day to read so she knows how I feel so I don’t actually have to say anything. Then, when we meet up to talk she starts the conversation for me. That way I don’t have to worry about how to start the conversation but she still knows everything about how I feel.
