I have owned my Real Estate Company since 1991. In 2005 I took an agent into my company that I had known as a child. In 2006 I caught him with illegal drugs on my business property and because of that I terminated him. This guy drives a $480,000 car, owns several real expensive homes in our area, ($300,000+)a house on the water at a river near me (that folks say should be on the television show The Rich And Famous). He also has a condo in Florida and a pawn shop. After I terminated him I discovered that he had signed a contract with Yellow Book area wide phone directory listing his own cell phone number as my main company telephone number!!! (The Yellow Book people provided me a copy of the contract he signed with them changing the company number!) He has also gone to Yellow Pages and listed his cell phone number with my company name!! This has caused us to not get any calls!! Sometimes he doesn`t answer which of course makes people think we are closed!!!! When he does answer he tells people that he no longer works with us and that he has a lawsuit against us!!!! (Which he did not!!) Because of all of this we are in the process of losing our home, commercial building, our van that we show homes in, and we have already had a car repossessed in February because of this!! We are in terrible fear of our utilities being cut off at our office and home!! We got a commission advance to help with bills and now that contract has fell through and we have to pay back the $7500 in 2 weeks that we borrowed on that!! I also borrowed $3600 from a friend to keep my business open.(I told him I would pay it back by the end of next week.) I am 56 years old and that is really too old to go back to school and get an education to start all over! Real Estate is all I know!! I was in the top 10 for several years in my area in selling real estate!! My entire carreer has been destroyed from taking in this agent!! My credit is shot because of Identity theft so I cannot borrow a dime!!(Someone in the country of Romania is selling laptop computers in 7 different countries using my name and address with a Romanian phone number!!)That person has also charged so many things on my credit and has caused me to have several collections and charge-offs. This just makes me sick since I have always paid my bills until now. I have an attorney trying to help me on the identity theft and I did go to this attorney that is well known in our area and he has filed a million dollar lawsuit against this guy for me but for the time being I am desperately needing money to keep my business doors open and so that I won`t lose the home that I have had for 22 years and that my children grew up in! This guy has an insurance attorney and a private attorney defending him. I know that I will not get a million dollars but I do expect to get a half million and whatever I get after paying my bills I definetly plan on giving generously to people on this site to help them like I need help so desperately bad now. My life is a total nightmare because of all of this!!Any assistance anyone could give me would be most greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
