I have had many jobs. Most recently I began teaching at a charter school on Padre Island. I love being so near to the Gulf. I was raised in Texas but I have lived in New Orleans for a time. I divorced after a long marriage and have two grown sons who live in another part of the state. I love helping people and sharing my life’s interests with others. I am a person saved by grace and I try as best as I am able to live my life within the framework of my faith. I work to be non-judgemental of others and I remember that I have been given so many chances in my own life that giving mercy is one of my strong points. It’s never too late. I didn’t finish college until I was almost 50!
