I will give it a try in explorer, just in case, and I’ll keep an eye out for CandP. Thanks Richard, at least now I’m sure I’m not just impatient or so blind I cannot find a button…

hmmmm I doubt it has anything to do with the browser, but I’m not sure. I know this site works with firefox (I just updated yesterday). so you don’t have to use IE. I’m not sure … sorry :( keep an eye open for one of the admins… KT1, CandP… Rocky… they should be able to see what you’ve done, and hopefully help you get it posted.

I just see a pink block with ‘deleted’ above the preview. Could this be a problem because I don’t use Internet Explorer? I never had any problems on this site before.

Do you see the section that addresses what “tags” are being used?? There is a button beneath all the tag stuff that allows you post it.

Yeah, I can get to that preview: I click post, than see a preview. Then what do I do? The only button I see says update preview.

it pops up pretty quickly (in my experience). I’ve messed up a few times, but I’ve discovered that if I click on the browsers back button, most times I can get back to what I was posting. When posting there is a button you have to click to post it.. AND you have to be careful because you will see a preview BEFORE the actual posting… it looks like it’s posted but it’s not until you click the POST button.

Hello Richard. I have a bit of a problem here, I started my first post, but it seems as if something went wrong. How much time should it take before the post pops up on help.com?

Thanks for your reply’s pseudoniem, I can appreciate a different perspective… a different angle of the gem just makes a better more beautiful rainbow :) I’ve enjoyed reading your replies and I’m sure I will continue to do in the future. I’m not sure about your ‘best advise’ statement. Some pretty lousy advise is given on this site (in my opinion) but I guess when it comes down to it, that all is just a matter of opinion…. thanks for all you do, and all your great advise :)
