It might be.. but when I watched more of those youtube oprah discussions about the book it made me realize that just spending so much time on the computer, watching TV, driving, listening to the radio.. all that is “living in the ego” as they call it.. and doing those ..other things, things that I wouldnt normally have done before..was I able to enjoy living.. for me, its like watching life go by and enjoying it instead of trying so much.
It seems like the same kind of webcast.. but it made me buy the book and read it (ever so reluctantly) ..and now trying to get away fro mthe internet and such..

Hmm, reminds me of Michael Tsarions theorizing on the ego, he’s quite good but a bit off the wall.

Thank you for your comments on my post, it has reached a point where I feel if I responded to individuals personally on the post that I would slight others and I don’t want to hurt feelings.

I do know that I could edit the post, but I don’t have any better wording and now I believe it would be wrong to change what people have already responded to.

That is understandable. I’m reading that post you made. I don’t agree with it — I do not tolerate bigotry of any kind. Period. Help.com needs to be a safe environment for everyone.

There is also a fine line the site has to walk between allowing expression (and free speech) and protecting users… the two goals are directly conflicting and differnt people have different interpretations and priorities on which is more important.

In the next few days as I start sinking my teeth into the TOS and Guidelines I’ll start a thread to get feedback from everyone, and I’ll make sure to invite you to that.

In the mean-time, be patient.

And I disagree profoundly that Help.com is Anti-Homosexual in anyway.
