high quality multivitamins?

I learned in Bio that as long as you eat well there is no need to even take vitamins because you should be intaking them anyways. I’m assuming you’re hoping to gain healthy weight, perhaps you should visit a nutritionist who could help devise a healthy eating plan that allows you to eat all the vitamins you need through your foods. If that doesn’t interest you,I’m sure any Health food store professional would be able to help you find something that is right for you. Good luck
