1. Accessing Your Account Go to the help.com home screen. Login to your account and access the Dashboard (dashboard can be accessed from the top right button).
2. Viewing Your Domains On the Dashboard, you will see your hosting, domain and account overview. Click on ‘Total’ to see the list of domains you own. Under “My Hosted Domains” will be the list of domains you own.
3. Accessing Domain Management Click on any domain to manage or change settings. On the domain page, you can manage your domain which includes changing hosting plan, change billing cycle, request cancellation, or access DirectAdmin and the credentials there.
4. Additional Domain Management Options On the dashboard, you can go under Registrar then Manage domains. On this page, you can:
- Renew the domain
- Manage auto-renew settings
- Adjust domain privacy settings
- Set domain locks
- View and edit DNS records
